I need who are all the family members details i have to be enter in the family details column in esi family details for new employee ESI enrolment. only father and mother or we may include younger and brother (both male and female employees)

According to new employment enrollment in ESI along with father & mother you can also include the name of your sister younger or elder to you but she should be unmarried and if you have a bother you can only include his name till the age of 18 till he is receiving education. If the employee is married you can add his wife and children's name also
