we have the one private ltd company in this 130 permanent employees working also we have worker union from fast two years. in this one fine morning one workman start misconduct with security personal laterly lead with quarel and bitted him along with co-workers. what is the action to be taken by the top management in this regards. already we lanched FIR. because of security personal left hand fingers got broken while quarel. kindly reply soon as per factory act.

Call the police!! This is abuse and charges should be laid! once the police investigation is done then the company can act accordingly...like dismissal. Abuse should never be tolerated.
