Can someone please tell me if Himachal Pradesh has its own factories rules? Or do rules from another jurisdiction apply since Himachal Pradesh used to be a union territory when most states issued factories rules. Lastly, if the Himachal Pradesh Factories Rules exist, does anyone have a copy you can post.
