I worked with an NGO with 8 years, when I left the job as per HRD rule only 60 EL encashment granted and they calculated my EL on my basic salary. Is it true calculation.

As I mentioned I have worked 8 years from 15 Dec. 2002 to 28 Dec. 2010. Our NGO Declared the bonus for the last financial year in this Diwali i.e. 1st April 2010 to 31 Mar. 2011. Can I eligible for 9 months bonus. I mail my company to give me the 9 months bonus. But I can't get the reply till date. What can I do? Pl. suggest.
