Is this for the whole country or only for Delhi. Alll these days, i was in the opinion that the minimum wages applies to whole country... regards, Ananth

can any body help me for maternity financial benefits. If i was joined on 3 Aug 2009 with my joining letter dated same. But my employer was showed my joining of Nov. 1st 2009.
And date of my delivery was 29th June 2011. Can i elligible for taking subscription or not. if i am than what is the procedure for taking this subscription.
