Respected Sir/Madam,
I was working with Alstom -Transport India, under the payrolls of Dechen Enterprise, consultancy in bangalore. It was a contract job of 2 months(Feb 23 to april 30,2011)
I left the company as per the contract. Now dechen is not paying me the salary for month of april 2011.
First, they said they have not recieved the payment from the company, Alstom, once it was released from the company they are giving one and other excuse over the delay in payment.
Its more than two months they are into this type of nonsense and not giving any proper reasons.
Can i take any legal action aganst this consultancy if so please guide thriough the process.

Hello maks_mats,
Rather than talking to the owner of the Consultancy, I suggest you to write formally to the Local Head of Alstom -Transport India giving the details of the case & asking for justice & fairplay. It's upto you to mark a cc: to Dechen Enterprise.
All the Best.
Rgds,
TS

Dear Mr maks_mats
As suggested by others first send a request for the payment of arrears of salary to your employer. Do not send e mail or through courier. Send the request for the arrears through registered post with acknowledgment due. In case you are not able to get the amount you can think of the next step.
With regards
