We have one queries regarding of employment in our organisation. You are requested to kindly read and give suitable ans.
We are one Manufacturing company and registered under PF & ESIC act and establish at Pithampur Dist-Dhar (M.P.) and also have registered office in Delhi. We have appointed company secretary at delhi office on fix salary 10000/- monthly. Kindly let us know that PF & ESIC act would be applicable on her salary. Could it be exempted from PF & ESI Act.

PF- An employee at the time of joining the employment and getting wages(basic+DA) upto Rs.6500/- is compulsarily required to become a member.
If the employee’s emoluments exceed Rs. 6,500/- (basic+DA) per month, he/she has the option to join the Scheme(s) with the consent of employer or opting out of it.
ESIC - As your CA salary is below 15000/-, she has to be covered under ESI.
