I am working in pharmaceuticals company as an Executive in HR & Admin. Comapny wants to start TDS deduction from salary. Can anyone tell me what is TDS ? how can I calculate TDS ? It can be refundable or not ? If yes ! then how ? Please tell me.

If your co. start TDS deduction from salary, they will have to file the TDS return also.
