Can you pls guide me on how to measure competencies and behaviour in a group setting? ie how do we assess a work team. Are there any methods to do so, if yes can anybody share some material with me?

This Bindiya here , actually i have 2years experience in Recuritment currently i am as a Hr -EXECUTIVE .I Have also conducted training classes at Silcon Valley for candidates and trainied them on Call centre Athicates and also conducted courses for English learning . So if you require a Trainer for your classes pls let me know .
