Hi All,
In continuation with my earlier posting on Achieving Goals by Chanakya way!, here more some more observations on Leadership lessons from Chanakya:
There is no point leading the team members who are your friends, blind followers, mute spectators, etc. The real challenge for any leader is to lead the members who are not in sync with him or with each other.

While pursuing a goal, sometimes leader may have to take a pause to take care of a member who got distracted from the goal, to bring the member back on track and again restart the journey towards goal.

to be continued....
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing thought about Chankya. Chanakya was undoubtedly ancient India’s finest political strategist and thinker. His brand of wisdom is ageless and immitable.
I got a chance to peep into one of the books on Chankya and gained a lot of insights.
