as am getting fixed salary. i want to reduce my tax burden. by selecting some exempted incomes.
ex like. medical reimbursement, HRA, PF, ESI, Insurance

We have been Receving salaries in our company directly without any salary slips till now.
My boss has now told me to Give salary Slips which can be signed by the employees so that We can also keep track of our leaves and deductions.
Please provide me a salary slip format which contains the details of leaves, deductions and advances.
And also Let know What is the % For Basic Salary, P/F, ESI
