I am a PGDM HR fresher. I have decided to have career in SAP HR. Please suggest me its career options. I have been hearing a lot about people soft these days. so is this people soft gonna take over and what will be my situation as an SAP HR functional consultant in 4 to 5 years. Is it only big firms like Delitte and accenture in SAP consulting or do we have SMEs too. what is the initial compensation for SAP HR functional guy?
