Hi Friends,
My cousin did his BCA and started working as a contract employee in a company, his contracted was extend for 2 year, he has total 2 year of work exp now,he was doing Correspondence MCA along with Job. my question is
  • can his experience be counted since he was contract employee with no salary slip, he use to get salary in cheque?
  • if he gets a job as a exp proof what documents will be needed apart from Joining letter and experience letter?
  • if he gets a job what other employee verifications can be done ?
  • would his experience along with his MCA(correspondence) be counted?
Please give your valuable suggestions.

Hello bkr_82,
Yes. he can count his experience, since he was doing his MCA thru correspondence. Only, pl cross-check if it was thru a valid & recognised University.
Since he was getting his salary thru cheques, he can use his Bank Statements, in addition to the Experience letter, for Proof of salary. Most IT companies accept this form of proof.
For additional Exp proof, he can give some References from any of the Present Employees where he worked so far--maybe his direct Boss will be the best.
Be ready for Background Checks on his employment--if all was above-board, you don't have to really worry reg this aspect.
Rgds,
TS
