please help me on this.
I have recently accepted a offer letter from a company, my joining date is 20th of April. But I have submitted my documents and done the joining formalities on 14th of April. I have signed some documents with Terms and conditions, BUt I am sure that there is no term saying that" If I failed to Join, I have pay compensation to the company". They have issued the offer letter with 6 months Probation. I havent received the oppointment letter. I got another offer from another company where its a senior role than the earlier one. I like to accept it and join the second company. If I do so will I be facing any legal problems in the future with the first company? Please help me on this
