Your interview questions will be based on both the job description and person specification you have prepared for the vacant position.
You need to ask questions relevant to the job being filled and to ensure you get the right person with the skills, experience, knowledge and cultural fit with YOUR ORGANISATION.
Simply asking members here for a list of "interview questions" is totally useless. We do not work for your organisation nor do we know what position you are filling or what type of person you need.
I think you need to implement a project to quantify and define an appropriate recruitment process for your company.

Hello,
While u r interviewing the candidate , as per the post i hope most of the candidate will be freshers ,
So u should ask questions to identify the capability of the candidate to do that particular job
To identify that while u r talking to the candidate identify his/her energy level
Ask some questions to examine the basic knowledge on their stream/Education
if he is a fresher make him to talk more , so u can identify the communication skill
Ask about the project which he h/she has done- go through very deeply on this , so u can identify how seriously they have done this
While the candidate is explaining have a look on to his attitude,
Ask them why they are looking job on this particular stream,
These are all some of the basic things which u have to look on to it

please clear me if the things mentioned are wrong , if so i can also improve on this

Hey Sunil,
If you are interviewing freshers, there is not much use of looking at the JD and the persons fitness to the JD. So the areas you should be concentrating are, the candidates basic and generic skills like communication, analytical and logical fitness, Attitude, Cultural fitness and commitment. You need to construct questions that check such general areas. Any ways the job specific skills have to be imparted to a fresher..
