Apart from what Archna & Ankit mentioned, I suggest you go thru the Research files in CiteHR whenever you get the time.
That way you will not only increase your knowledge-base, but also know where to get what you need in terms of HR policies, etc later on in your career [anyone with an average mental recall strength should be able to utilise this treasure trove in CiteHR].
