Last night I came to know that one guy has hacked my gmail account where as I never shared my password of that account n other accounts with anyone else.
That person is vey much unknown to me but from the information I know that he is working in reputed company of my city only and working on very much respectable post.
As he has hacked all my 3 accounts am very much tensed as it had all the vital data like my Banking details, personal mails, photos n so on.
Now please guide me how I have to approach this matter. I think Cyber Crime Law of India is toughest law in our country, will it really help me?
Am worried for all the further consequences that will happen with me.
Need your valuable input in this matter.

login to your accounts
keep an note pad and pen
put fresh password and record to remember, and log out
after an hour or two login again and change the password and record again to remember
record the details of personnel profile and for reset of password
login to you account and type wrongly the passwords and try to lock your account
after a day or two reset your password with typing in the details of simple question and try to change the new one when you get logged in
after a day or two again change the password
try this for a week and request you to down load all the personnel details and delete the whole mails and keep empty the account for about a month, do not store in mail once you read the message delete immediately after taking backup

How did you come to know that your account have been hacked ? I am asking this , as it can be done in a number of ways. He can set a spyware that will keep him updated each time you change your password.
First and foremost, I would request you to erase every information as Naga Manthara have suggested. Thereafter, please do not to access those accounts till you have settled it. Each time the accounts are being accessed , let that remain as a document in the domain.
I have requested our legal experts to help you, mitigate any risks that you may stand at this stage.

Actually when I logged in yesterday I came to know that I blocked one person n automatically he is again into my chatting list n started chatting n with whom I was chatting earlier that chat window was getting minimized each time which lead me to understand that my account is hacked.
I was sure from my s/w engineer friends that gmail cant be hacked but now am sure it can be done.
After understanding tht account is hacked I immediately deleted all the vital data from the account n made it clean.
N haan reset it with new passwords.
N am keeping eye on my account for the all the actions happening with it. But thing is that we got to know who is operating that account n launched case against him as we found his IP address.
Nagaji I ll follow the tips you have given me.
Now am afraid that anyone can hack any email account of any service provider then how I can keep it safe?
Skype, rediff, yahoo n all is there any safety with these accounts?

Yahoo, one of my friend also suffering the same hotmail i have from 2004 onwards till date no issue would like to suggest you also but some servers not accepting Hotmail due to spam
