Dont get frustrate if none of the peolpe didnt reply. You are here to interact wit all hr professionals. But it takes time or simply cant give answers. It should be valid one. we may be not getting correct answers to give thats it. No groupism n al here in citehr.

It is not getting frustated, i also expect some response!!! I'm not expecting 100% response but few inputs from all the members.
I think my query was very general on salary survey... atleast 5-10% from all memebers would in or from IT sector..i think thats called a network building...that all what i expect as a member!!!i'm sorry I wrote like that :!:

I can understand when you say you expect some answers but there may be some reasons due to which people didn't reply to your post may be who came across it were not from the same industry you were asking about or may be they did not have enough information to guide you...So get out of this opinion that here people have their groups some may have but not all....Hope now you are satisfied...
