Hi Amandeep,
Please tell us some more about yourself, where have you been working? why you want to change your profession? How many years of experience you have?
And then we will discuss it further....without much background information it gets little difficult to provide suggestions and help.
Regards,
Archna

Hey Amandeep,
Thanks for the info dear :)
MBA from distance education does not give an opportunity for internship.why don't you try in the same company where you are working a customer care executive, generally companies do have IJPs(internal job postings) and they prefer people who knows about company's culture.
If that option is not available, start applying for jobs in HR and i'm sure it may take time but you will crack an opportunity sooner or later.
Work on your communication skills, presentation skills, groom yourself a bit, polish your skills by reading various magazines and articles related to HR....all this will help in increasing the knowledge base once you land up in a job.
Hope this will work, let me know in case of any further queries....:)
All the best,
Archna
