Dear Mr. Sardhar,
A lovely piece to read. Thanks for the same.
The west after having consumed bowls of chicken and other management formula, tricks, techniques and tacts is seemingly leaning to our Indian culture of mutual trust. Good thing to know.
This does not mean that we have kept pace with our Indian ethos well. Not even that everything Indian is good and western is bad for all situations. Not to deny that there good things to learn from the west too.
In contrast to this our green horns (new gen MBA's) are thinking it fashionable to mimic the west. Many of them apply (copy and paste) bookish or googlish knowledge out of context. We need to realise and remember that we, Indians are still a much softer bundle of emotions than those in the west.
Please enlighten us with your valuable observations/experiences in this regard.
Thanks in advance.
