What are you looking for? Is it knowledge or Jobs that you might get after this certification. If it is first, than any course is good as it would add to your current knowledge, if it is later, than I don't think that it is equivalent to the Full time MBA-HR programmes that most of the universities run in India or Abroad. It can be a topping to your base HR qualifications, but should be the base itself.
