Nice. Just four principles summarize it all. The fourth principle "when it is over, it is over" is both sad and encouraging. Seeing it in the light of the three other principles, we learn that everything has both a beginning and an end, that opportunities continue to open and close, we just need to be aware when these happen, and be prepared to move forward when an old chapter closes.
