Is there any time line for submitting application of withdrawal of pf amount after leaving the service.
An application was rejected by the reason that the person is not eligible for withdrawal benefit.

In case of superannuation and go to abroad, you may submit application for PF immediately after leaving service. In other cases you have to wait for two months.
At present there is no maximum time limit to submit application. But EPFO has decided to disallow interest on non-operative accounts from the 37th month onwards. This will come into force from 1.4.2011.
The term withdrawal benefit used above may be regarding the contribution to Pension Fund. Those who have a service less than 6 months and equal or more than 9 years and 6 months are not eligible for the withdrawal benefit.
