It depends upon idunstry. In munf. It may ranges from 1.5% to 5% as std. In it it may be from 8% to 25% where the only investment is salary. In service industry it may vary from 5 to 15%.
It has its own logic and justification which require a basic approach that is industry cum region formula and organisation'sility to pay.
