Hello LifeMentor,

The PPT is somewhat OK.The countries which were mentioned in the PPT are rich and developed. It is not only because of ethics and other reason mentioned in the PPT....Metallurgy played an important role in the development of many rich and developed countries.ie, the starting from dark age, iron age, imperial age and so on...Another turning point was the invention of gunpowder and it's efficient utilisation.Which triggered the invention of more and more mass destructive weapons compared to swords and spears. The countries those who have no army allied with the countries those who are having massive army. The United states,Australia and Canada were initially filled with migrated europeans. But they brought their technology and implemented it in those lands.UK,France, Dutch, Portugal and other prominent European countries invaded and smuggled the wealth from the countries those who conquered. As we know that if a person who is having tremendous knowledge and skill can't do anything as long he is not getting a good platform to perform. Here the platform was the wealth they acquired and they utilised it to refine their technology and improved it by research. It doesn't mean that our technology is bad.Our technology is equivalent or better than european technology in many areas. But we developed those things 50-60 years after Europeans developement and still we are trying hard to plug that gap. Then finally, more than 1 billion population and majority of them are illiterate which gives serious headache for Indian Government for proper administration.
