hi, I am new to hr field and i m working with a software company, i need to have some sample of salary slips and also wants to know about what is ESI? AND ALL DEDUCTIONS. its urgent if anyone can help me.

PF = 12% on Basic (8.33% goes to pension & 3.67% goes to PF(Basic=6500)
ESIC: 1.75% Employee & 4.75% Employer(Gross= 10000)
P.T= As per slab
Gratuity= Basic/26*15* no. of yrs.
Payslip contains
One side earning and other side deduction
