im doing my mba hr intern project from a bpo on retention. their attrition numbers are alarming. im looking for a questionnaire that can help me get the views and opinions of the employees about the workplace, the people, the practices. about what motivates them and what they would like to change immediately. and also a questionnaire which is similarly designed to grill the top level management on the same points. its just an attempt to get to the grass roots of the attrition numbers and gauge if the perspective of the top level management matches that of the employees and if they see the same purpose.
