Dear All
One of my employee is not following the dress code policy which we have made for our company, inspite of me calling her and warned her twice she still continues the same.
Kindly advice me how to go about this.

Policy is made for the employees to strictly adhere,,,
If the person breaks it, kindly ask her to join an organisation where is more comfortable with her dressing,,,
But before doing that, kindly ask her the reason for not adhering to the company policy,,,
If you are convinced with the answer you can go in for an exception,,,,

Thanks Mohammed
I did speak with her it looks like she is wontedly doing them.I would like to know what we should do so that others does not break the code.
I have also arranged for a staff meeting on Saturday so that i can talk with employees and make them understand the whole process.

HI
You can issue her a memorandum for disobeying the Office Rules, it'll be an official warning, you should issue Total 3 memos warning her about the dress code.
If she is not ready to change her attitude that means she is not serious about her job and it is a wrong sign for other employees.
After that you can ask her to resign with the consent of her immediate boss.

One way out is to ask her to go back and come dressed in appropriate clothes,If this has the support ofthe management that is.

Dear Jascinta,
You dont have to worry so much, best solution to this problem is , whenever she does not follow dress code, that day itself ask her to leave and tell her to change her dress and come back to work. Try it every now an then , whenever she breaks the rule. A time will arise when it will be very embrassing for her.......then hopefully she will learns to follow the rule.

Dear Friend,
Same thing was happening in my org.
I made that person to go n cm bk to office only wen he is in formals. He said den wld he be marked half day. I said no....
After that he never did so....
Best thing to implement dress code can be - awarding the person who comes in da best formal dress.
If that persons feels happy to iorritate others , she would definately get jealous by this act. Den from next time would definately come in formaL.
If it works ... please reply.
