dear sir, I was working in tour and travelling company on the post of computer operator and my salary was 30,000 pm. Can I file a complaint before labour commissioner on issued non-payment of salary.

Non-payment of salary and failure to remit corresponding EPF contribution is an offence on the part of employer punishable under the act. You should take it up with your employer strongly.
