I did MBA in HR and have 1 year and 6 months experience in corporate HR.
Can someone help me in designing my resume as I am searching job from last 3 months and my resume is often rejected by recruiters. In my last session i got feedback that my resume is not professional.
Now i am loosing my confidence as I m not able to give any interview because of my bad resume.

atleast you would have attached your resume for our referrence so we would got better understanding of whats wrong in it.
I have designed my resumed in regrads with cite hrs seniors suggestions and everything positive, it looks a good professional resume.
I will send it you tomorrow, but still upload your resume so we will guide about the mention of wrong things it it and in future you can add and enhance it accordingly.

I have attached my resume resume for your referrence kindly go through it and make the necessary changes however some complications in your resume are as follows:
Difference in fonts type
Difference in fonts size
Highlighted bar in grey colour is toooo dark
Heirarchy of eduction should be recent first ie. start with MBA than go down words
etc
rest you can manage according to my resume but always remember to use one type of font and its size (size can vary for headings) in a single document.
