hey vani,
first of all you should know where is the interest of the people so that you can make them involve in the game otherwise few group of people will be at front and others will be enjoying at back.
well i suggest you to conduct quiz competion (related to G.K, guessing of first employee in your office, asking anyone/group to come forward and sing a song, Blowing air in the balloons (for female staff), musical chair, puzzles etc.
