What you hav attached is not your project topic but 'project guidelines'.
Can you clarify, what you mean by : "But i need to submit my project.
Let me know if anyone have the projects so I can submit at the earliest ."
Do think it over again to understand whether what you want is justified; and what kind of ethical standards would you stand for in future when you work as HR in an organization.
Can you blame the industry or organizations, if they do not give any importance/weightage to such PGDHRM obtained through Distance Education; where a student submits the project report by borrowing from others and doing a "copy paste" job ??
Who is responsible for such devaluation of professional degrees and diplomas ??
