Thanks for your inputs...Excellent Reply...Here I would like add one more point, Bench resources assessments are based on how the individual resource utilized his time for the purpose / benefit of the organisation. Like has he / she developed any tool which can be utilised by the co...actively participated in training program as a trainee / trainer....How effectively he developed / shred his skills / knowledge to the organisation / others.
