Is PF compulsory for proprietary concern dealing with the servicing of audio and video electronic products like TV, Camera, vcd players,etc.
The act is not very clear in defining this.
I need to know if PF is applicable for these type of companies which are proprietary in nature and the number of employees now reaching 20. I need to know the section/clause of the act under which it is applicable.
