hi friends, I had faced few interviews for HR. some HR asked me the meaning of Recruitment or what is Human Resources. Now seniors tell me exact meaning of recruitment.

Hi,
Recruitment is the process of finding the suitable candidates for the required position in an organization. After the manpower planning, the Talent resources required for the organization is charted out. On that basis, the Recruiter of the organization finds out the suitable candidates who can fit into that job role. After the recruitment process, The selection process starts by having a priliminary round of interview and the whole interview process takes place. Then comes the post - selection activities liking releasing the offer, induction, training etc..

we 2 people got shortlisted out of 15 candidates. still one last interview is remaining. any one of us will get the job. so i am in tension.
But i was surprise that they havn't check my knowledge with any of HR activities but they check my personality.
and the last round will be telephonic so i am tensed that how can i show my personality on call.
guys i don't want to miss this
