-Communication
-Attitude
-Fitment into the company's culture
-Stability issues
Also for outbond sales campaigns what are the other interviews apart from personal discussions which could be apt.

In BPO sector the questions should be in logical way,
Ex: the candidate is willing to work for rotations shift (Y/N)
If the candidate say yes, then we have to check the candidate stub-on,
