There is a common problem post performance appraisals in any organization. There is a group of people who complain that their performance ratings as given by their supervisors were good but were normalized by the HR department . How do you think a HR person should deal with the situation?

Normailization is a Must process after Appraisal,
The people who complain might be well PETS of superior
if for the same people are rated low by superiors, they will complaint agaisnt them.
So handle the situation in a diplomatic way.....
Sit with their personal files & make them understand...
