I am Hr recruiter and having 5 months of experience in IT company,now i am very much interested in learning ESI,EPF & PAYROLL administraton processes.What are the Basic initial step i have to look upon and start learning in above given processes.. can any one list out or suggest what are all steps i have to take up which ensure Effective learning.. each Hr professionals having different style of learning,kindly point out which style or pattern of learning ensure to know maximum about ESI,EPF & PAYROLL processes.. i gone through various downloads in cite hr, all ppt,documents are not concise rather than lengthy and vague.. please provide the BIBLE for learning ESI,PF,BENEFITS and payroll processes which can be helpful for all freshers .. kindly share the documents or guide us for successful career ..
