We have to work on Employee of the month in our IT company. I had worked on few parameters, pls suggest what could be added more in these one:
Puntuality
Regalarity
Discipline
Intiative
Behaviour with collegues
pls suggest what more measurable parameters can be add in this.

how do u plan to measure behaviour with colleagues and Initiative ???
Behind your employee of the month concept there must be a reasoning...check out where do your employees lag and where do you need to encourage them , based on these design the criteria...and the measuring methodology and make it clear to the ppl otherwise it will be just a HR measure which wont enjoy any credibility amingst employees and wont help your organization...
ppl use things like successfull employee references , target over achievement etc
