Hi,
In this website people ask for anything like Salary Structure, Attendance, Payroll, Leave sheet etc. and seniors provide everything.
People get everything very easily.
Dont you think due to this spoon feeding people will not learn on their own?
Help should be asked only for something which you cannot do.
But here people just dont try and ask for even small ready made stuff without even trying to make it. According to me guidance should be provide on how to make things etc but the final product should not be provided.
What do you guys think about it ?

I think you are right but what's the harm in helping. If you want some money do you use an ATM or go to the bank for withdrawal. So in the busy schedule if we can get things easily then there should be no harm. But ofcourse like traditional learning says, learn by doing. one obviously gains more benefits by doing himself...........Anyways in this fast pacing life I believe in ATM's and not Withdrawal from banks and waiting long hours in queue..........what about you guys.

How will you justify the status which is out of your understanding? As level of understanding differs from individual to individual. In the same way the definition of easy also gets changed. For experienced people a query may be easy but not in case of a fresher. As Riyaz said in this busy life this site gives us opportunity to save some time and also provides the desired answers. Also we share our experiences which is again helpful in learning process. So, I guess this is the perfect platform to share knowledge.

On one side when you have short deadlines to meet and get certain work done in certain areas which are absolutely new for you and you also need to prove that you are worth the job assigned to you...such deliverance from scratch is a mammoth task and some guidance is most welcome..however i consider the innoncence of a person in this situation when i mention all such things..on the contrary the mentality of a person to get some ready made stuff and copy paste it without any research and analysis and deviod of any add ons are the most disgusting things to happen.Such acts must be discouraged and i suggest try your best to read a person's mentality whether he has that inquisitiveness to learn and work hard and pass on material not in full but in parts where necessary and when you find strong feedbacks on the same then no harm i feel in sharing the rest. Here the concept of knowledge sharing is functional in the true sense.

I completely agree with 'New 2 HR'
This is exactly what I think and should be done.
Spoon feeding shouldn't be done.
We always teach our child to walk on his/her own and we leave his/her hands, knowing that he might fell down, we stay around in need of help, but if we always hold his finger he'll never be able to walk on his legs, coz he know someone is holding him and will never try to walk on his own.
This is the whole idea behind spoon feeding.
We are here to help others in a way that they learn.

HI there,
I look at it differently, helping people by providing information, gives me the opportunity to search for information, learn something new widen my knowledge & get the benefit to help someone, even if it means I have to spoon feed or give information to the other person on a golden plate. Besides they asked for it whats the harm its just information.
