There are various survey reports available on the compensation increase. Like Hewitt, Mercer, Hays, Watson, etc..check there and you will find the answer.
By the way it is tooo high level to get the avg increase in India.. it depends upon industry you are in to decide at organisational level. For budgeting take 15% of the salary. ( gross cost with whatever name it is called)
