Dear Attrition Rate is calculated as per below mentioned formula :
(No. of Employees left till date)
___________________________________________ * 100
(No. of employees on roll o the firat day
of Year + no. of Employees Joined till date)
Suppose 121 employees left till date,400 was the no. of employees on the firat day of year & 1590 employees joined till date, then attrition rate will be :
121
_________ * 100 = 21.96%
(400+151)
