i want to share with you all that there is a book 'MAN MANAGEMENT' as part o of the curicullum of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning MBA Program.
it gives an insight about how important is manage people in achieving organizational goal. it is compilation of series of lectures given on this topic by Sathya sai baba.
it if very inspiring and contains solutions for all our day to day problem. if we give serious thought about the content, we can improve our work leaps and bounds.

Good news brothers the book, the new revised version is available for sale at Sri Sathya Sai International Centre, Lodhi Road, Delhi and is priced at Rs 200 only.... I just bought it today only and I am going thru it... its excellent narration of how we can handle ethical dilemma's at work and also how we can set up a value based organization culture... I would love to share more on it as i read in case you guys are intrested...
