Dear All, Please help me. PF has to be deducted for actual Basic + DA or Is it enough to deduct PF for only Rs.6,500/- (Rs.780/-). With regards SACCRATIS

Hi.The Wages/Salary includes Basic Pay + D.A.+ Any Concessional Food Value.Pl. read section 2 -F of the EPF&MP Act1952 i.e Definitions and Contributions etc.
Contribution upto 6500 is compulsary. As it is crossed,it can be rstricted upto 6500 and requires consent of employee if one want to restrict or automatically it will continue.

if an employee had left the company and after 1 year he join the same than can he continue his previosly running pf account or will have to nominate again..(he don’t get withdrawl) Ashish
