My organization wants to do a post appraisal survey after the completion of annual performance appraisal that how the appraisal was done.
My basic concerns are as follows:-
1) what all the areas that we have to focus
2) what are the things that we have to take care of
3) any other points to be focused
can anybody have any sample questionnaire for this, please help me out on this.
