I think you need to concentrate more (in the later) on your achievements and not so much on your personal expenses. Try to add more details abou the 2 job duties that you are handling. Good luck.

Dear Mr. Anupam
I appreciate your boss who has increased your salary on your letter and it was increased as you wanted but you can never pressurise your boss to increase the always. you should concentrate on your work and your work should make pressure on your boss not your person problem.
Hope you will take it in right spirit.
Regards, Saurabh

Dear Mr Anupam
After reading your letter i had two doubts
1) Letter is wriiten in Jan 2009 then u got increment in Dec 2009, why ur boss taken morethan eleven months to consider ur request.
2) In your letter u specifucally quoted to increase ur salary upto Rs 8000. he has done the same thing. with in a psan of eight months what circumstances have been increased in your personal life.
Moreover, any managemnt cannnot increase the salary for personal expenses. increase in salary depends upon our committment and effective work done in acheiving the organiational goals.
Thanks and all the best
Do not think about your personal expenses it might effect ur carrer.
