Whether you are sure that the rate of contribution list as attached by you which appeared in LLR, July 2009 have not been changed so far ? Tamilnadu Govt. have increased this contribution by amending their LWF Act resulting thereby the rate contribution for employees has now become Rs.seven in place of Rs. five & Rs 14 in place of ten for employers from July, 2009 onwards.
