Currently I am working in Japan from lat 4 yrs in a Japanese company and earning in US$ but have plant to shift in India in same company's branch, I will get salary in my japanese a/c, I am paying tax to Japan Govt !
Can anybody suggest me the taxation for me in india ? Do I need to pay tax ? is there any way to avoid DOUBLE TAXATION ?
