I would like to know the bifurcation of leaves that are provided to an employee in a Sugar Industry. That is how many CL's, SL's and EL's are given for a year. Friends working in Sugar Industry would be ideal to help me out.
Your help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Julie
A. For Seasonal workmen : 1 Casual leave - calculated at the rate of Half day for every month of crushing season during which workmen is on the roll. A period exceeding 15 days in any month shall be counted as full month for Leave purpose.
2. Sickness leave - Calculated at the rate of Half day for every month of crushing season during which workmen is on the roll. A period exceeding 15 days in any month shall be counted as full month for Leave purpose)
3. Earned Leave -One day for every 20 days of actual working.
Note: Seasonal workmen, who are required to work in off-season, shall be allowed proportionate benefits of Sickness and Casual leave for the period of their employment during off-season to the same extent as admissible to them in the Crushing season.
B. For permanent Workmen : Casual leaves Six (6) days in a year, Ten (10) days in a year, Earned Leave - One day for every 20 days of actual working.
