Dear All,
There is no any ceiling of salary for PF deduction. Only It is not mandatory by law to deduct the PF contribtuion on above salary/wages from Rs.6500/-. The employee may deduct his own contribution volunterlly but if employer wants he can restrict his share upto the salary /wages limit of Rs.6500/-.

As per Employees Provident Fund Scheme the coverage is for the employees whose salary(basic+DA) or consolidated pay is upto Rs.6500/-PM. Employee can request for voluntary contribution for which no contributory benefit from employer is permitted.
However, the organization can include/cover employees drawing more than Rs.6500/-if they have such policy(with equal percent of contribution)
